Dare to Lead…Making the
Difference
Meanjin Local Council has become a coalition member of the ‘Dare to
Lead’ project, an APAPDC (Australian Principals Associations Professional
Development Council) network initiative that seeks to improve the
educational outcomes for Indigenous students, promote cultural
understanding & further the cause of reconciliation.
Our role is to promote
the project & encourage ALL schools in ALL sectors to sign up as members.
It costs nothing to join, & your school will get access to PD resources,
ideas for activities to foster intercultural exchange & knowledge, support
for developing Local Action Projects, opportunities to connect to a
‘buddy’ school & e-newsletters.
